Responsibilities

• Plan and execute actions to achieve rental revenue, sales, and profitability goals.
• Oversee opening/closing, inventory planning, audits, and loss prevention.
• Manage receiving, shipping, and showroom/warehouse organization.
• Handle cash, banking deposits, and accounts receivable as assigned.
• Lead and develop store staff including Assistant Store Managers and drivers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote rental and merchandise programs.
