Job summary

This role supports Tool Rental customers in-store and in repair centers, including writing contracts and invoices and ensuring equipment operates correctly.

In non-store locations, technicians test repairs, clean units, and maintain tool inventory to ensure uptime and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to Tool Rental customers in-store, including writing customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs.
• Maintain tool inventory and ensure tools are repaired, tested, and cleaned before returning to the store of origin.
• In non-store locations, ensure units are repaired, tested for quality, and returned to the store for sale or rental.
