They must understand all tools and manage tool inventory effectively. In non-store locations, technicians guarantee repairs meet quality standards before returning

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices.
• Provide service to store customers in Tool Rental, including writing contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs.
• Maintain day-to-day operation and maintenance of equipment in the Tool Rental department.
• In non-store locations, ensure units are repaired, tested for quality, cleaned, and returned to the originating store.
