Job summary

The Tool Maker at M&M Industries, Inc. will interpret engineering drawings, fabricate precision mold components, and perform preventative maintenance on molds and tooling to ensure production quality and efficiency.

Qualifications include experience with CNC and conventional machining, and ability to work from a 1st shift schedule (6:30AM–3:00PM). The role requires adherence to 5S and food-safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires welding capability and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of CAD concepts and drawing interpretation is essential.
• Familiarity with GMP/food-safety considerations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot conventional and CNC machine tools.
• Fabricate, assemble, and inspect mold components to spec.
• Perform in-press mold troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain tooling records and contribute to design reviews.
