Job summary

Intel Corporation is recruiting for a Site Logistics and Construction Operations leader in Albuquerque, NM, to oversee planning and execution across multiple capital projects. You will coordinate labor, manage contractor resources, and align stakeholders across Finance, Design, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

You will drive Lean practices, safety culture, and continuous improvement while partnering with contractors to optimize performance and delivery against schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related technical field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, data center or other large-scale capital project environments.
• Experience in construction management, project management, engineering management, design management, program management, or site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide logistics planning and execution to support multiple concurrent construction and tool installation projects.
• Own labor forecasting, workforce planning, and contractor resource alignment across active projects.
• Serve as a key interface between Construction Management, Tool Install, Facilities Operations, Finance, Design, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Build and maintain partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to improve safety, schedule reliability, and cost management.
• Drive Lean construction principles, governance, and reporting for site logistics and project execution.
• Foster Intel's Culture of Caring and ensure safety compliance across all phases.
