Job summary

SSOE, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (Tool Install Design Lead) to guide project scope, schedules, and technical decisions for complex tool hookups and installation design in semiconductor facilities.

You will collaborate with lead engineers, co-lead with the Project Manager, and serve as the design liaison to client Tool Experts to ensure alignment with client expectations throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration across offices and global teams.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budgets, and risks.
• Proficiency with engineering and drafting software tools.
• Understanding of tool installation and semiconductor fab environments.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans with technical specs, standards, and QC measures.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and Project Manager to align design with client expectations.
• Act as Design Liaison to client Tool Experts and PMs to resolve design issues.
• Lead cross-discipline collaboration to meet semiconductor standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks across functional areas of the fab.
• Drive process improvements and innovative technical solutions.
• Support RFIs and document control with contractors and clients.
