Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager in its Tool Install Design Lead division to guide design execution from concept through delivery in semiconductor facilities. You will coordinate with lead engineers, manage scope and schedules, and drive technical decisions while serving as the main liaison to client Tool Experts and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in engineering/drafting software to drive project efficiency.
• Collaborate across offices and with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project plans with specs, standards, and QC measures.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and Project Manager to align design execution with schedules and budgets.
• Act as Design Liaison to client Tool Experts and PMs to resolve constraints and issues.
• Lead multi-discipline coordination to meet semiconductor industry standards.
• Identify scope risks and address design challenges across fab functions.
• Champion process improvements and innovative design solutions.
• Schedule meetings, manage docs, and support RFI responses with contractors and regulators.
• Handle complex tool install assignments with defined scope, schedule, and cost guidance.
