National Products Inc. is seeking a Tool & Die Technician to perform setup and maintenance of tooling for die cast and other tooling applications. Responsibilities include assembling, inspecting, and maintaining tooling components, and operating various machine tools for moderate complexity tasks on-site in Washington.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 3–5 years of experience preferred, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical assemblies and tooling functions.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment to inspect tooling components.
• Familiarity with blue print reading and shop mathematics.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and manufacturing systems.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, repair, rebuild, maintain, clean and store tooling components.
• Inspect tooling with micrometers, calipers, indicators and gages.
• Set up and operate surface grinders, mills, drills, lathes for moderate complexity machining.
• Disassemble tooling components and evaluate damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow procedures.
