Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., seeks a Tool and Die Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3 p.m.–11:30 p.m.). You will interpret blueprints, lay out dies, and build/repair dies using wire EDM and precision machining to meet customer specs.

Requirements include a 1-year certificate and 2+ years of relevant experience; proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and strong math skills are essential. ISO/extrusion knowledge is a plus, and teamwork is critical.

Qualifications

• Requires a one-year certificate from college or technical school.
• 2+ years of experience in tool and die or related manufacturing roles.
• ISO knowledge and extrusion knowledge are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (Office 365).
• Strong math skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and provide layouts for new dies and molds.
• Build, repair, and test dies using wire EDM, machining processes, and precision tools.
• Work with design and production to optimize die performance and ensure specifications.
• Maintain documentation for all die builds and activities.
