The role requires CAD/CNC familiarity, strong leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a high-demand automotive environment. Onsite, full-time, with weekend/work-shift flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise tool and die makers with focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee design, fabrication, and maintenance of tools and dies.
• Ensure tools meet specifications and quality standards.
• Identify improvements to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams.
• Provide training and development for team members.
• Manage inventory and procurement of tools and dies.
• Prepare reports on productivity, quality and maintenance.
