Challenge Manufacturing is seeking skilled die makers to troubleshoot, set up, and operate tooling and machine tools for precision metal parts. You will read specifications, verify dimensions, and ensure parts meet quality standards in a high‑volume environment.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and a journeyman or apprenticeship background, with 2+ years of tool and die experience preferred. The role requires reading English well and occasional extended shifts.

Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs dies, die components, and tooling used in the production process. Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, and sets up and operations machine tools to make and repair dies.
This will be a Y Shift / 6AM-6PM F-SU position located at our Plant in Holland, MI.
