Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Die Setter/Press Operator to set up dies on multiple press types and maintain quality per JES and engineering specs. You will work on the Y Shift in Holland, MI, operating safely and assisting continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic English, and 1–3 months related experience. Stresses include long hours and weekend work on a 12-hour shift schedule with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Sets up and changes dies on small and large (200 Ton to 2500 Ton) Progressive, Secondary and Transfer presses according to prescribed Job Element Sheets (JES) and die set up sheets to ensure quality parts are produced per Challenge Manufacturing Quality Standards, production schedules and engineering specifications
This will be a Y Shift; Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM & Friday – Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM position located at our Plant 4 in Holland, MI.
