Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform visual quality inspections of metal stampings and ensure proper packaging to meet customer requirements. You will record inspection data in the Plex ERP system and support production activities to maintain workflow and schedule adherence.
The role requires a high school diploma, ability to read and follow instructions, and willingness to work the specified Y shift.

Responsible for performing initial visual quality inspections of metal stampings and efficiently packaging products in appropriate containers to ensure delivery of high-quality parts to both internal and external customers. Conducts additional quality checks as required, accurately records inspection data in PLEX (enterprise resource planning system), and supports general production activities. Contributes to maintaining workflow efficiency and meeting production schedules.
This will be a Y shift; Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM & Friday – Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM position located at our Plant 4 in Holland, MI.
