Job Description
Analyze specifications, troubleshoot non-compliance, set up and operate machine tools, and fit and assemble parts to fabricate and repair die tools and machinery. Ensure die tools and machinery are returned to original specifications. Demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge to tool and die design, including designing jigs, fixtures, and gauges for production and quality control. Possess knowledge of mathematics, metal properties, heat treatment, and tool room and press line equipment. Be familiar with process control and OSHA standards relevant to stamping operations.
