Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a machinist certificate or 3–4 years related experience.
• IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 quality systems familiarity.
• Strong problem solving and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain 7S standards.
• Set up, operate and program machine tools; inspect parts.
• Perform quality checks and record results using Plexus.
• Identify nonconforming material and forward to MRB (DMR).
• Communicate with shifts to discuss issues and improvements.
• Study blueprints and determine materials and processes.
