Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous tool & die experience.
• Experience testing materials visually or dimensionally.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and test equipment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of tool manufacturing and tool setting processes.
• Ability to read drawings and prints.

Responsibilities

• Layout work and plan machining and bench procedures.
• Perform machining operations with tool setups on CNC and manual machines.
• Assemble, fit, align, and finish work.
• Create standard work procedures.
• Establish inspection methods for process conformance.
• Perform precision machining using CNC and manual equipment.
• Read process sheets, routings, and part drawings; inspect work.
• Handle material loading/unloading in the machine shop.
• Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools with high accuracy.
• Organize workflow and prioritize tasks daily.
