Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Tool and Die Maker – Journeyman or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex equipment breakdowns.
• Suggest and implement improvements for safety, quality and productivity.
• Operate equipment safely to perform job functions.
• Lead problem solving and implement countermeasures.
• Provide hands-on training for team members.
• Design, fabricate and weld mechanical structures and guards.
• Support project managers and engineers on assigned projects.
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics.
