Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker in Wisconsin to build, maintain, and troubleshoot tooling and fixtures. You will plan, fabricate, modify, and inspect equipment, dies, and fixtures to meet drawings and schedules.

Role requires 5+ years in tool and die, journeyman certification, and strong problem-solving. Expect to collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams, with a standard M-F schedule and safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of tool and die making and design experience.
• Certified Tool and Die Maker – Journeyman or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex equipment breakdowns.
• Suggest and implement equipment safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Operate machinery safely and effectively to perform job functions.
