The role requires hands-on experience with mill, lathe, surface grinder, and CNC equipment, plus strong mechanical aptitude and reliable attendance. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years tool room experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new machines.

Responsibilities

• Learn and complete setup of tool room equipment.
• Build tooling, gauges, and fixtures.
• Maintain PPE compliance and safety.
