MAT Industries LLC is hiring a Tool & Die Maker in Jackson, TN. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, plus medical, dental, vision and disability coverage, paid vacation and holidays.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on stamping equipment and assist in die development and troubleshooting. The role requires strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with maintenance, engineering and

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality are required; full-time 40-hour week with potential overtime.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to work with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated problem solving and ability to adapt to changes in production.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks among production personnel and maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and modifications to stamping and forming equipment.
• Troubleshoot stamping dies, presses, benders, and related tooling.
• Support development and modification of stamping dies to improve life and quality.
• Operate general machine shop equipment (mills, lathes, grinders).
• Submit parts requisitions and manage spare parts inventory recommendations.
