Job summary

North American Stamping Group in Pulaski, TN is seeking a Tool and Die Maker to join our production team. You’ll work from the tool room schedule, troubleshoot presses, and collaborate with engineers to improve tooling and processes.

Starting wage is $27.25 to $33.25 per hour, with a 7.5% shift premium where applicable and eligibility for a performance bonus up to $3 per hour. NASG offers benefits after 30 days, 401(k), holidays and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; toolmaker certification preferred.
• 3 years Tool and Die Maker experience required; apprenticeship preferred.
• Willing to learn CAD and Microsoft Office tools.
• English communication and reading skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tooling and equipment per tool room schedule to meet production.
• Troubleshoot tooling problems at presses.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tooling and production equipment.
• Interpret prints and modify tooling drawings with engineers.
• Request and track tool room supplies and spare parts.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with outside trades and participate in continuous improvement.
