Job summary

Genesee A&B, LLC is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support stamping operations in Portland, TN. You will interpret prints, modify tooling, and troubleshoot issues on presses to ensure on-time production and quality. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

The role requires CAD proficiency, 3+ years experience, and a willingness to learn electronics for sensor support. DOE salary with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years or more experience as Tool & Die maker
• Certified Tool & Die Maker or relevant experience
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
• Willing to learn CAD and basic electronics

Responsibilities

• Work from tool room schedule to ensure production tooling and equipment is ready to meet customer requirements
• Troubleshoot tooling problems at presses
• Improve quality and production with cross-functional teams
• Maintain production equipment and perform preventive maintenance
• Interpret prints for tooling modifications and improvements
• Collaborate with Engineers to modify prints as needed
