Datwyler is seeking a Tool & Die Maker to maintain production and quality performance while efficiently using manufacturing equipment. The role requires reading blueprints, operating machine shop tools, and setting up molds and dies with precision.
Responsibilities include repairing stamping dies and high cavitation plastic injection molds, plus adherence to GMP, SOPs, and related procedures. High school or GED and 4 years’ experience in a machine shop are expected.

The Tool & Die Maker is responsible for maintaining production, quality performance levels, and the efficient use of manufacturing equipment in accordance with his/her knowledge and training in conformance with established Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School or GED equivalent required.
4 years minimum experience in machine shop role.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to speak, read and write English in order to understand operating and other related procedures
Able to communicate goals in an inspirational manner that makes them worthy of pursuit
Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills.
Ability to learn and implement GMP, SOPs and other procedures.
