Job summary

Red Line Plastics LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic - Tool & Die to support maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of molds, tooling, and manufacturing equipment in a rotational molding facility.

The role requires experience with mechanical systems, fabrication, machining, and mold repair or modification, along with strong problem-solving and safety focus. Ability to read drawings and work with hand and power tools is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous mechanical maintenance/tool-and-die experience required.
• Experience in rotational molding facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rotational molding machines and equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Read mechanical drawings and interpret blueprints.
• Assist with mold changes, tooling setups, and modifications.
• Maintain maintenance records and report issues to management.
