Job summary

Precision Resource, Inc. seeks a skilled Tool & Die Maintenance Technician to repair and analyze tools, manufacture spare components, and maintain die timing records. The role supports quality improvements and production reliability across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance scheduling, reviewing inspection records, and ensuring thorough documented records to meet design specifications and production goals.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of apprenticeship in Tool & Die Making or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of English and Metric Systems of measurement.

• Complete electronic record of tool maintenance performed by part and job number
• Develop preventive and predictive tool maintenance schedules based upon analysis of tool performance to achieve improved production volumes
• Review “last piece” inspection records and make necessary improvements
• Ensure documentation and records are maintained.
