Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division in New Castle, PA is seeking a Tool & Die Maker/Machinist to fabricate tools and dies, fixtures, and custom machinery.

You will set up and operate CNC and manual machines, read blueprints, weld and fabricate parts, and assist maintenance in die repairs and reverse engineering. The role requires 2–5 years of Lathe and Milling experience, welding skills, and CNC programming aptitude.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a technical field or 2–4 years of related experience.
  • 2–5 years of Lathe experience and 2–5 years of Milling experience.
  • Welding and fabrication skills are required.
  • CNC programming skills are preferred.
  • Ability to pass Tool and Die exam during interview.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate radial drill presses, lathes, milling machines, grinders.
  • Lay out and fabricate fixtures and parts; assist in tooling design.
  • Repair and reverse engineer broken dies and tooling.
  • Develop and build custom machinery; improve existing product lines.
  • Maintain tool room inventory; perform basic maintenance on machining centers.
  • Operate crane and forklift as needed.

We are seeking a **Tool & Die Maker **to join our team at Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division in New Castle, PA. Flowline is a proud manufacturer of butt weld pipe fittings, ranging from ½” to 24 “in diameter. We are a 24 / 7 manufacturing company who delivers worldwide. Our history, knowledge, expertise, and service levels are unmatched.The Tool and Die Maker/Machinist is a vital part of our manufacturing team. The role utilizes your core skills in mechanical knowledge, tooling, and precision measuring instruments to fabricate high-quality components. The Tool and Die Maker will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machine tools including but not limited to: radial drill presses, lathes, milling machines, sharpeners, and grinders. This role will lay out and fabricate a variety of fixtures and parts and assist maintenance in repairing and reverse engineering broken parts. This role will also assist in developing and building custom machinery.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:Weld and grind diesStudies blueprint or layout on work piece to visualize machining required, and plan sequence of operations.Use precise measuring equipment to produce quality toolsSet up parts in a variety of machining equipment.Select feed rate, cutting speed, depth of cut, and cutting tools for a variety of operations.Moves controls on manual and CNC equipment.Manage the repair of tools and dies needed for productionWork with production on improving new and existing product lines and what tools/dies will be requiredManage tool room’s inventory of materials, tools, and equipmentPerform basic daily maintenance on machining centersOperates crane and forklift.Work Schedule:40 hours per week- Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during training period, will move to four (4) tens (10's) 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. as training progressesOvertime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfill customer delivery expectations**Benefits:**Paid time off-16 hours after 60 days, annual vacation accrualPotential selective wage increases based upon performance proficiency improvementsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after 60 daysShort Term Disability benefit and 401k employer contribution after 1 yearEducation/Experience- Associate degree (A.
