Job summary

Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a Process Engineer - Tool Design to join their team in Salt Lake City. This position involves creating and implementing production tools, providing engineering support, and utilizing Creo CAD software in the design process.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in medical device manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Engineering background in manufacturing or product development settings.
• Knowledge of GD&T, fabrication methods, materials and tooling/fixture design.

Responsibilities

• Establish production goals and ensure achievement of key performance metrics.
• Provide daily production support including troubleshooting and training.
• Design and implement fixtures and tooling for manufacturing processes.
