Job summary

Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a Process Engineer to join their After-Sales Service Team in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on supporting production and after sales service operations through process maintenance, Lean methods, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience. Key responsibilities include developing KPIs, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or after sales service environment.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma (LSS), DMAIC, Kaizen, and 5S/6S methodologies preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or medical device environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and report KPIs/metrics; analyze trends, elevate issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Create and update controlled documentation, including work instructions.
