Job summary

KBR’s team in the United States is seeking a Logistics Clerk (Tool Crib Operator) to manage the distribution, return, and tracking of tools, fixtures, and calibration equipment. This entry-level role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom settings, with occasional overtime and weekend support.

Qualifications

• Must have basic technical skills with the ability to handle tools and calibration equipment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Asset Management & Calibration Support: issue/receive tools and calibration assets; deliver calibration-due items; track data in IndySoft; verify asset status in eQuip; maintain records.
• Inventory Control: monitor daily asset movement using Excel; submit weekly eQuip updates; locate government assets for property team.
• Customer & Technical Support: assist customers with humidity monitors, dry box meters and gauges; provide on-site support in cleanroom environments.
• HTOP Tasks: support specialised equipment (ALCONOX, hot plates, high vacuum systems, ultrasonic cleaners, DI water systems, extractors, and dryers) and document tool usage.
