Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with D365 or other inventory software preferred (2–3 years).
• Proficiency with Windows Excel and basic data entry skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high energy and focus.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime and lift up to 60 lb.

Responsibilities

• Assist tool crib coordinator in managing inventory levels and replenishment.
• Produce daily requisitions for fasteners, components, and materials.
• Conduct weekly inventory and reconcile stock levels.
• Maintain records of transactions and generate weekly usage reports.
• Support data entry for maintenance and production areas as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper locker assignments for users.
