Qualifications

• Stockroom experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of stockroom concepts and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and suppliers.
• Data entry, analysis, and inventory management.
• Experience with computer systems and Microsoft products (including Excel).
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of operations tooling and spare parts.
• Track, research, and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Receive, unpack, verify, stock incoming tools and parts, and requisition stock as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety regulations.
• Review parts usage history to identify and stock critical spares.
• Perform inventory cycle counts on schedule.
