Job summary

Freeman Enclosure Systems is seeking a dependable Tool Crib Associate to join our manufacturing team in Batavia, Ohio. The role involves organizing the tool crib, issuing tools, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support production operations.

The position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform cycle counts. Previous inventory experience is preferred and on-site work in Batavia, OH is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior inventory control or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with cycle counts is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the tool crib, inventory areas, and storage locations.
• Issue and receive tools, equipment, parts, and supplies to employees.
• Maintain accurate records of tools and materials entering and leaving the tool crib.
• Perform cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report issues to management.
• Enter and update inventory information using computer systems.
