Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant to support operations in Cincinnati, OH or Indianapolis, IN. The role maintains the inventory of supplies and equipment and keeps the Tool Crib organized and clean.

The incumbent assists in purchasing, receiving and scheduling flow of gear to project sites, ensuring equipment readiness and safety compliance. Strong MS Office and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma plus 2 years related experience.
• PETZL PPE Inspection or IRATA Level 1 certification required for rope-related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tools, equipment and/or gear are maintained and in good working condition, and calibrated.
• Maintain inventory control to manage stock and ensure availability of high-demand items.
• Maintain stock rotation and dispose of outdated stock; reconcile counts.
• Maintain equipment database with datasheets and maintenance history.
• Coordinate purchasing, processing order requisitions and supplier communication.
