Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant in Cincinnati, OH or Indianapolis, IN to manage inventory, maintain organization of the tool crib, and support field operations with equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and tracking tools and gear, processing purchase requests, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring safe, clean, and compliant storage areas. The role demands strong organization and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma with 2+ years of industry-related experience.
• PETZL PPE Inspection course or IRATA Level 1 certification is required for rope-related inspections.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of tools, equipment and supplies.
• Manage stock levels, rotation, disposal of outdated items and maintain equipment database with maintenance history.
• Process purchase requisitions, communicate with suppliers, and verify packing slips and billing accuracy.
• Keep the tool crib organized and safe, support project site equipment flow and scheduling.
• Respond to internal requests and provide timely customer service for equipment and gear.
