Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant to support our Midland, TX operations. The role manages inventory of fleet supplies, equipment and materials, maintains organization and hygiene of the tool crib, and ensures vehicle inspection reports are completed monthly.

This position requires 1–3 years related experience, familiarity with DOT policies, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Quickbase. On-site work with occasional travel and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related work experience.
• Knowledge of DOT policies and procedures.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Quickbase.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate fleet and driver records.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Assign vehicles and track utilization and costs.
• Assist with minor light-duty mechanical work.
• Ensure monthly vehicle inspection reports are completed.
