AerSale, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Tool Crib Clerk to manage daily tooling, inventory, and documentation in a fast-paced aviation parts environment.

You will coordinate with expeditors, maintenance, and purchasing to ensure timely processing, labeling, storage, and traceability of tooling, while maintaining safety and accuracy across all records. The role requires 2–3 years in warehousing and basic computer skills, with forklift/ hazmat certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2–3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory experience.
• Forklift training and hazardous material certification/training preferred (not required).
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily operations of the Materials Stores department in compliance with OSHA, FAA, and customer requirements.
• Meet inventory goals and performance standards.
• Process tooling documentation, labeling, storing, and scan/traceability.
• Coordinate with expeditors, purchasing, maintenance, and customers to ensure timely tooling flow.
• Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts; monitor stock levels.
• Maintain calibration and shelf-life items within time frames.
• Generate reports for the department manager.
• Uphold safety programs and keep work area orderly.
