Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Millington, TN seeks an Interior Mechanic to perform maintenance on aircraft and powerplant components, including removal, replacement, torquing, rigging and safety wiring as required by FAA and manuals.

A&P license is preferred or 2-10 years of aircraft maintenance experience; candidates must provide their own tools and be able to lift 50 pounds, with flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• A&P License preferred and/or 2-10 years aircraft maintenance experience.
• Must provide own tools as indicated on Company Tool List.

Responsibilities

• Perform removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components with proper bolting, torquing, rigging and safety wiring.
• Repair, modify, replace or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness.
• Complete tasks to AerSale, FAA and customer maintenance manuals quality standards.
• Read and use Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, Blueprints, ATA Codes, Service Bulletins and other docs to troubleshoot and complete work.
• Ensure maintenance documents are accurate and properly annotated; return/destroy as required.
• Operate ground support equipment safely and hold AerSale operating certification.
• Promote safety by monitoring self and others as per Safety Manual.
• Interface with management, other departments and coworkers.
