Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in tool control, production, manufacturing, or construction equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
• Some knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Excel.
• Computer literacy for inventory management system training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming tools, catalog, and enter into inventory management system.
• Operate etching and laser scanning equipment with proper training.
• Assemble elements into a final product.
• Conduct quality control and ensure guidelines are met.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Pack products for shipping to clients.
• Report inconsistencies or quality issues to Tool Control Supervisor.
