Responsibilities

• Inspect material and parts per quality specification after receipt.
• Update work instructions for reworks and quotes.
• Create and follow sampling plans.
• Assist in training on new jobs as needed.
• Set up and maintain rework stations.
• Oversee rework projects and document output.
• Calibrate lab gauges and audit parts.
• Maintain calibration records in the system.
• Take corrective actions for quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Create NCRs/SCARs/CARs and log in HQMS.
• Perform product and workplace audits with documented results.
• Control scrapped parts until disposition.
• Collect samples for shipment or testing.
• Use gauges to measure tolerances and dimensions.
• Operate mobile stock picker for stock checks.
• Practice 5S and safety.
• React to change and take on assigned tasks.
