Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Mold Maker/Assembler in Ohio to perform bench tasks required to build tools to spec and ensure on-time, on-cost delivery.

The role involves assembling tool components, plumbing water and hydraulic lines, installing systems, and maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization on the shop floor. Responsibilities include daily review of the bench lineup, checking tool models and BOMs, and communicating potential conflicts to management to keep production on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review the bench line up (schedule) on a daily basis.
• Review tool models and tool BOMs, as required.
• Inform management of anticipated conflicts for future operations.
• Perform all phases of assembly and disassembly of tools.
• Perform all phases of installing and plumbing water lines, hydraulic lines and systems.
• Demonstrate good bench-oriented shop practices: safety oriented, organization, cleanliness.
• Operate miscellaneous equipment, as required: surface grinders/bench grinders/wire wheels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
