Qualifications

• 3+ years of assembly experience or equivalent
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal and planning skills
• Good verbal and written communication, math concepts understood
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

• Assembles product, parts, or materials using hand tools, jigs, fixtures, adhesives, and fasteners to standards
• Operates assigned equipment safely per company and OSHA rules
• Monitors quality points and records data at the workstation
• Reports quality and production concerns to Supervisor
• Cross-trains on all work stations within department
• Performs operator-level preventative maintenance on tools and fixtures
• Keeps work area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
