Job summary

BY Recruiting in Denver is seeking a Tool and Die Supervisor to lead the toolroom. You will supervise, train and mentor a team of skilled toolmakers and ensure tooling is ready for production; you will also step in on the machines when needed.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, collaborative problem solving and continuous improvement across tooling for new product launches.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years hands-on tool and die experience.
• Journeyman card or completed apprenticeship.
• Experience leading or supervising a toolroom team.
• Strong background building and maintaining stamping dies.
• Hands-on skill with lathes, mills, grinders, machining centers and EDM.
• CAD skills and general computer skills.

Our client is an established, growing manufacturer of precision metal components in the Denver area. The toolroom supports daily production, new product development and continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are hiring a Tool and Die Supervisor to lead the toolroom. You will supervise, train and mentor a team of skilled toolmakers and make sure production tooling is ready when the floor needs it. This is a hands-on leadership role, and you will step in on the machines when needed.
