Located in Minneapolis, MN, 55406, our organization is looking for a talented Tool and Die Maker to become a key member of our production group. Core Duties

Construct and build fixtures, dies, and specialized tools that align with project requirements.
Utilize and manage the operation of diverse machinery such as grinders, mills, and lathes.
Verify that finished tooling meets all quality benchmarks through rigorous testing and inspection.
Work alongside engineering and production staff to help optimize tool designs and streamline manufacturing workflows.
Conduct regular equipment upkeep and necessary repairs to ensure operational readiness.
Keep detailed logs of all completed tasks and the materials utilized during production.
Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Completion of high school or a GED, with a preference for those holding a technical certification or degree in Tool and Die Making.
Demonstrated professional background working as a Tool and Die Maker or in a comparable position.
Deep understanding of tool design theory and various machining methodologies.
Capability to analyze and translate complex technical drawings and blueprints.
