Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking experienced Tool & Die Technicians for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 am–2:30 pm) on the east side of Indianapolis. The role pays $29–$40/hr with evaluation or direct hire for the right candidate, and involves repairing and maintaining steel tooling using manual machines and precision measuring tools.

Requirements include blueprint reading, strong troubleshooting, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel) with solid math abilities.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with tooling or manufacturing equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with solid math and measurement abilities.
