Job summary

You will troubleshoot production issues affecting quality and yield, analyze data, and implement improvements to raise efficiency and reduce costs. The role requires on-site presence, collaboration with operators and maintenance, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least two years of lean manufacturing knowledge and practical manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience creating and conducting engineering trials and investigating yield or quality issues.
• Strong analytical ability including root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, models, technical plans, and drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and cross-functional projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and document manufacturing processes.
• Create master plans for engineering trials and analyze results.
• Troubleshoot production issues affecting quality and yield.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations; create training materials for staff.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance, and cross-functional stakeholders.
