As a Process Engineer 2 in our Toner Department, you will apply your technical knowledge in a fast‑paced, safety‑conscious manufacturing environment. Your main focus will be designing and conducting trials, presenting findings, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot routine to complex production problems, investigate root causes, and recommend countermeasures.
  • Conduct engineering trials and production process evaluations, analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Develop, test, and implement new or improved processes for manufacturing parts and products.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and rapid corrective actions.
  • Create, write, and modify work process procedures.
  • Conduct research, compile data, prepare reports, and deliver presentations.
  • Prepare training materials and train key production employees and supervisors on new processes.
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Experience

2+ years of lean manufacturing knowledge and practical application of engineering science to production processes, quality control, and cost management.

Strong technical and analytical skills with strategic problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and prevention.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, models, technical plans, and drawings.

Initiative and self‑direction in planning, organizing, documenting, and solving problems.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, cross‑functional projects, and collaborate with all levels of staff.

Willingness to be hands‑on in the manufacturing facility and work outside normal hours, including weekends when necessary.

Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.

Intermediate skills in Office 365, MS Project, and other production-related software.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, walk, stand, and work in loud environments frequently; move, stoop, bend, carry (up to 20 lbs), climb, kneel, twist/turn, reach, grasp, and occasionally lift/push up to 35 lbs.
