Job summary

Stanislaus Food Products Co. is seeking a Director of Production to provide year-round leadership for the tomato processing season, coordinating readiness and leading an assigned shift.

You will work with Maintenance and other departments to ensure safety, quality, throughput, and cost targets are met, while preparing for seasonal startup. The role requires 7+ years of manufacturing leadership, a related bachelor's degree, and the ability to guide supervisors and hourly teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• Experience leading production supervisors and hourly teams in a food processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round planning and readiness for the upcoming tomato processing season.
• Direct production line supervisors and ensure safe, on-time execution of schedules.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Sanitation, Quality, People Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Develop and implement procedures, training, and readiness activities.
