• Monitor daily transaction data: traffic, tolls, revenue, and costs.
• Ensure project documentation, weekly/monthly status meetings, and budget control.
• Support regulatory changes and ensure compliance with toll operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and analyze data to improve operations.
• Lead cross-divisional revenue initiatives and ROI improvements.
