Job summary

VIVO Infusion in Toledo, OH seeks an Infusion Registered Nurse (Per Diem) to join our care team. You will administer infusion treatments, mix medications, and monitor patients throughout the infusion process in a clinical, compliant setting.

The role requires an active nursing license, an accredited nursing degree, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of IV experience. Competitive compensation and a 401K plan accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure, required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience, required.
• Certification in specialty/CRNI, preferred.
• ICU/ED experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Document assessments to medical staff and team.
• Perform IV insertions; communicate with providers via Telehealth.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance; complete daily charting.
