Job summary

Vivo Infusion seeks a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Mentor, OH team. You will administer infusion treatments, mix medications, and perform precise IV insertions while monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures.

You’ll document assessments and coordinate with the medical staff for optimal care. Requirements include an active state RN license, a nursing degree, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year IV infusion experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure is required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree.
• ONC Certified is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year IV experience is required.
• Infusion experience is preferred.
• CRNI certification is preferred.
• ICU/ED experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in infusion practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Document assessments and report to medical staff.
• Perform skilled IV insertions.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Assist in CQI improvement activities.
• Complete daily run/flow sheet reviews.
